Kiranam Mahila Samakhya Sangam (KMSS) is a community-based organization dedicated to uplifting marginalized women — especially female sex workers — through healthcare, social protection, legal literacy, and livelihood programs.
Since 2008, we have been committed to ensuring that every woman lives a life of dignity, equality, and self-reliance, free from stigma and discrimination. Our programs focus on building confidence, improving access to essential services, and creating sustainable livelihoods for women and their families.

Health & HIV Services
Comprehensive health check-ups, HIV prevention, ART support, and referrals to healthcare providers and government hospitals to ensure better physical and mental well-being.
Social Protection & Welfare
Assisting members to access identity cards, welfare schemes, pensions, housing, and government entitlements through advocacy and linkage support.
Livelihood & Financial Inclusion
Facilitating microloans, financial literacy, savings groups, and alternative livelihood opportunities for sustainable income and economic security.
Legal Literacy & Justice
Building awareness on women’s rights, the HIV Protection Act, and domestic violence laws while providing legal aid, crisis response, and advocacy for justice and equality.
Capacity Building & Leadership
Training community leaders on governance, financial literacy, and advocacy to build confidence, leadership skills, and sustainable organizational growth.
Advocacy & Awareness
Promoting social inclusion through campaigns, district-level meetings, and collaborations with legal, health, and government bodies to reduce stigma and discrimination.
Organizational Strengthening
Enhancing governance, documentation, audits, and compliance (12A, 80G, CSR-1, Darpan) to ensure transparency, accountability, and sustainability.

Programs designed for Kiranam Mahila Samakhya Sangam members in Vizianagaram — choose a package to fund or support.
Legal Literacy & Crisis Response
Community legal awareness sessions, paralegal support, and a rapid-response fund for members facing harassment or urgent legal needs.
Health Camp — HIV Screening & Support
On-site screening, basic diagnostics, ART linkage and follow-up for PLHIV; includes counseling and referral to government hospitals.
Nutrition Kits for PLHIV
Monthly nutrition support (kit + supplements) to strengthen immunity and improve treatment adherence for People Living with HIV.
Children’s Education & Scholarship Support
School kits, tuition support or small scholarships per child to reduce dropout risk and keep children of KMSS members in school.
Livelihood Seed & Enterprise Support
One-time seed grant plus mentorship and market linkages to help members start or expand small enterprises and achieve financial independence.
