KMSS conducted regular health camps offering HIV/STI screening, TB testing, reproductive health check-ups, and immunisations. Nutrition kits were distributed to families of PLHIV members and single women, ensuring continuity of care through clinic and ART linkages.
Social Protection & Documentation
Community facilitators helped women secure essential identity proofs, bank accounts, and access to welfare schemes. KMSS collaborated with local administration to conduct documentation drives at mandal level, bridging the gap between community needs and public systems.
Legal Empowerment & Advocacy
Rights-based training workshops and stakeholder meetings with police, DLSA, and welfare departments increased awareness of womenβs rights and protection laws. Community paralegals were trained to assist women facing violence or discrimination.
Livelihoods & Skill Development
KMSS supported members to start or expand micro-enterprises β such as tailoring units, snack stalls, and crafts. Partnerships with local skill centres provided training in business management and savings group mobilisation for economic resilience.
