Kiranam Mahila Samakhya Sangam (KMSS) prioritises economic autonomy for women through tailored financial inclusion, livelihood support, and entrepreneurship programs. Our Building Financial Independence initiative helps members access savings, credit, skills training, and market linkages so they can build stable incomes and resilient households in Vizianagaram and surrounding areas.

• 💸 Promote regular savings and safe financial behaviour among women
• 📚 Provide practical financial literacy: budgeting, bookkeeping and banking
• 🌱 Facilitate seed grants, micro-credit linkages and enterprise start-up support
• 🛠️ Offer vocational training and market access to scale micro-enterprises
• 🤝 Strengthen women-led self-help groups (SHGs) and producer collectives

• 🏦 Financial Inclusion: Bank account facilitation, assistance with documentation (Aadhaar, PAN) and linking members to Jan Dhan / post office services
• 📈 Savings & Credit Groups: Formation and strengthening of SHGs, regular savings cycles and internal lending norms
• 🎓 Financial Literacy Training: Practical sessions on budgeting, cash flow, loan terms, interest understanding and digital payments
• 🧰 Livelihood Skills: Tailored vocational training (tailoring, food processing, beauty services, handicrafts) with certification where possible

• 👥 SHG formation & training package — ₹6,000–₹12,000 per group (training, materials, facilitator)

• 🌱 Seed grant for micro-enterprise — ₹5,000–₹20,000 (one-time, based on enterprise plan)
• 🔁 Market linkage support — ₹3,000–₹10,000 per group (market events, branding, transport)
